Cardinal Wings Aviation (“we”, “us”) operates cardinalwingsaviation.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information you give us
When you use the contact form
Our contact form asks for your name, email address and phone number, along with what you are interested in and anything you choose to write in the message field. We use it to answer you and to arrange flight training, a rental, a discovery flight or a tour. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Form submissions are emailed to our team and are also stored in the website’s own database so we do not lose an enquiry.
When you buy something
If you buy a flight, a tour or a gift certificate through the site, we collect your name, billing address, email address and phone number so we can process the order, contact you to schedule your flight, and keep a record of the sale.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled on our payment provider’s own secure systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference for it, nothing more.
Information collected automatically
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move around the site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors are located, and which links bring people here. This tells us what to improve. It is not used to identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site you visit using Google’s own browser opt-out add-on.
Spam protection
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It looks at signals from your browser to make that decision. We chose Turnstile specifically because it does not track visitors across other websites the way some alternatives do.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our host records standard technical information for each request, including IP address, browser type and the page requested. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them to keep your shopping cart contents while you browse, to keep you signed in if you have an account with us, and for the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart will not work properly without them.
Who else handles your information
We share information only with the services needed to run the site and fulfil your order:
- Our web host — stores the website and its database.
- Our payment provider — processes payments and holds the card details we never see.
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics.
- Cloudflare — spam protection on the contact form and security in front of the site.
- Our email provider — delivers form notifications and order emails.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are kept while they are still useful for serving you and for our own records. Order and payment records are kept as long as we are required to for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email info@iflycwa.com or call (502) 452-2115 and we will deal with it. We may need to keep records connected to a completed transaction even after such a request, where the law requires it.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Young people do train with us, and in those cases arrangements are made with a parent or guardian directly rather than through this site.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and sits behind a security service. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date below.
